Absolutely. There is so much to consider here. Are you a foodie? Is entertainment important to you? You may think that you won’t be spending much time in the room, but are you considering how much time you will spend on your balcony eating breakfast, watching the ship pull into and out of port, watching those sunrises and sunsets? I usually start my first-time cruisers midship and a little lower, with cabins above and below to reduce ship motion and provide quiet when you are finally ready to sleep—no one wants the club right above you!
